The GOOD NIGHT synergy combines organic essential oils of lavandin, sweet orange, chamomile, ylang-ylang, petitgrain bigarade, bergamot, marjoram, and lemongrass, known for their calming properties. Their floral, sweet, and enveloping aromas soothe the nervous system, release tension, and naturally prepare the body for rest.

Used in a diffuser in the evening or before bedtime, it helps establish a truly relaxing ritual, ideal for promoting sleep and improving sleep quality. When inhaled or used in massage, it helps calm the mind, quiet restless thoughts, and deeply relax the body.

Diffusion: Use the pure blend in a suitable diffuser. Diffuse for 15 minutes per hour to create a pleasant scented atmosphere.

Inhalation: Cold: Pour a few drops onto a tissue and hold it to your nose regularly. Hot: Pour a few drops of the blend into a bowl of hot water or bath water to enjoy the vapors that are released.

For massage: mix 1 to 2 drops of the blend with 10 drops of vegetable oil. Apply this mixture directly to the skin, on the solar plexus, the inside of the wrists, or the soles of the feet.
