Shipping & Returns

1. DELIVERY & TRANSPORT:

1.1. The cost of shipping is indicated on the day the Buyer places the order. The sale price will be increased by the shipping costs indicated on the day of the order. The cost of shipping may vary depending on the weight of the Products ordered and the destination.

1.2. Sales may only be made to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and Monaco.

1.3. All orders are processed on the same day, provided that the order is placed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Otherwise, the order will be processed the next business day before 10:00 a.m.

1.4. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. Standard delivery times are between 3 (three) and 7 (seven) business days (to a pickup point or home address) from the date the order is confirmed.

1.5. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
In the event of a prolonged delay (exceeding at least four (4) days) in the shipment of the order, WELNESS THERORIES will contact the Buyer by email or telephone.

1.6. WELLNESS THEORIES shall be solely responsible for any failure in transportation except in cases of Force Majeure such as strikes, bad weather, or pandemics. 
Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the delivery tracking number. The tracking number will also be available in the customer area of the website.

1.7. If the item ordered by the Buyer arrives at its destination damaged, or if there is a discrepancy between the delivery and the order, the Buyer must notify us as soon as possible (and in accordance with the GTC) by email at contact@wellnesstheories.com, who will process the Buyer's request as soon as possible.
By mutual agreement between the Parties, the Buyer undertakes to check the condition of the products upon receipt of their order and to report any defects within three (3) business days.

2. SHIPPING COSTS 

Luxembourg + Belgium 

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pickup point: €5.00 - Free for purchases over €50 

• DPD Predict home delivery: €8.00 - Free for purchases over €50 

France 

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pickup point : €3.90 - Free for purchases over €45 

• Colissimo home delivery: €5.50 - Free for purchases over €45 

Germany, Netherlands

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up point  : €6.90 for orders up to €60 / €5.00 for orders between €60 and €90 / Free for purchases over €90

• DPD Predict home delivery: €8.00 for orders up to €60 / €5.00 for orders between €60 and €90 / Free for purchases over €90

Italy, Portugal, Spain

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pickup point  : €8.00 for orders up to €60 / €6.00 for orders between €60 and €90 / Free for purchases over €90

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

2.1. WELLNESS THEORIES offers a 100% money-back guarantee for 14 (fourteen) calendar days (starting from the day after delivery) for all Buyers. 

2.2. If a Buyer has purchased a Product and is not satisfied with it, before opening/using the Products ordered, the Buyer may request a refund from WELLNESS THEORIES for their purchase, subject to returning the Product(s) to WELLNESS THEORIES (which will bear the related costs) within the specified time frame (the date of deposit of the Product to be returned with the postal service provider being taken as proof) and subject to the following conditions.

2.3. All Product returns must:
- use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose (available on the Website) or any other unambiguous written statement clearly expressing the Buyer's desire to withdraw. This statement must be made before the expiry of the specified period and may be sent by email to contact@wellnesstheories.com;
- Under no circumstances should the Product be opened and/or used. 
- The Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. 
- The Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day after the decision to withdraw, to return their order to WELLNESS THEORIES.  
- If the returned Product is not received by WELLNESS THEORIES, it will be the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and, failing that, no refund will be issued. 

2.4. Any refund will normally be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Products returned by the Buyer and after verification by WELLNESS THEORIES. 
If the returned Products do not meet the above return conditions, the refund may be refused or reduced.
