Delivery & Returns

1. DELIVERY & SHIPPING :

1.1. The cost of transport is indicated on the day of the Buyer's order. The sale price will be increased by transport costs which will be indicated on the day of the order. Transport costs may vary according to the weight of the Products ordered and the destination.

1.2 Sales may only be made to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Monaco.

1.3. All orders are processed the same day provided that the order is placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Otherwise the order will be processed on the next working day before 10.00 am.

1.4. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. The usual delivery times are between 3 (three) and 7 (seven) working days (relay point or home delivery) from the validation of the order.

1.5. Delivery delays may occur from time to time.
In the event of a prolonged delay (exceeding 4 - four - days at least) in the shipment of the order, WELNESS THERORIES will contact the Buyer by e-mail or telephone.

1.6 WELLNESS THEORIES shall be solely responsible for any transport failure except in cases of Force Majeur such as strikes, bad weather, pandemics. 
Once the order has been shipped, the Purchaser will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number for the delivery. The tracking number will also be accessible in the reserved customer area on the site.

1.7 If the item ordered by the Buyer has arrived at its destination damaged, or if there is a lack of conformity between the delivery and the order, the Buyer must inform contact@wellnesstheories.com as soon as possible (and in accordance with the GCS), who will deal with the Buyer's request as soon as possible.
By mutual agreement of the Parties, the Buyer undertakes to check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order and to report any defects within 3 (three) working days.

2. DELIVERY COSTS 

Luxembourg + Belgium 

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up points : 5.00€ - Free for orders over €50

• DPD Predict home delivery : 8.00€ - Free for orders over €50

France 

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up points 3.90 - Free for orders over €45

• Colissimo home delivery : 5.50 € - Free for orders over 45€.

Germany, Netherlands

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up points Delivery charge: €6.90 for orders up to €60 / €5.00 for orders between €60-90 / Free for orders over €90

• DPD Predict home delivery: 8.00 € for orders up to 60€ / 5.00€ for orders between 60-90€ / Free for orders over 90€.

Italy, Portugal, Spain

• Delivery to Mondial Relay pick-up points Delivery charge: €8.00 for orders up to €60 / €6.00 for orders between €60-90 / Free for orders over €90
  
  

• DPD Predict home delivery: 9.50 € for orders up to 60€ / 6.00€ for orders between 60-90€ / Free for orders over 90€.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

2.1 WELLNESS THEORIES offers a one hundred percent (100%) money-back guarantee for 14 (fourteen) calendar days (starting the day after the day of delivery) for all Purchasers. 

2.2. If a Buyer has purchased a Product and is not satisfied with it, prior to any opening/use of the Products ordered, the Buyer may request a refund from WELLNESS THEORIES of its purchase, subject to returning the Product(s) to WELLNESS THEORIES (which will bear the related costs) within the time limits indicated (the date of deposit of the Product to be returned with the postal service provider being taken as proof) and subject to the conditions that follow.

2.3 All Product returns must :
- make use of the withdrawal form provided for this purpose (available on the Site) or by any other unambiguous written statement clearly expressing the Purchaser's wish to withdraw. This declaration must be made before the expiry of the deadline and may be sent by e-mail to contact@wellnesstheories.com. ;
- Under no circumstances may the Product be opened and/or used. 
- The Product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, 
- The Purchaser shall have a period of 14 (fourteen) days, commencing on the day following the date of the decision to cancel, to return the order to WELLNESS THEORIES.  
- If the returned Product is not received by WELLNESS THEORIES, it will be the customer's responsibility to trace the shipment, failing which no refund will be made. 

2.4. Any reimbursement will normally be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Products returned by the Purchaser and after verification by WELLNESS THEORIES. 
In the event that the returned Products do not meet the above conditions, the refund may be refused or reduced.
