WELLNESS THEORIES carries out its missions in complete confidentiality and with respect for each person's privacy.

The personal data of any Purchaser shall remain the exclusive property of the Purchaser and shall be used exclusively for the internal purposes of WELLNESS THEORIES (except for the purposes of transport and/or payment for the Products and strictly in relation to the data necessary for this). This data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). 

WELLNESS THEORIES refuses to sell or share data with third parties (except for the strict purposes of operating the Website and, where applicable, at the request of a Luxembourg or foreign government agency). 

The Buyer agrees that cookies generated will be stored by WELLNESS THEORIES during any connection to the Site.

Buyers have the right to access their personal data and, where applicable, to correct it as provided for by law. To do so, Buyers may contact the WELLNESS THEORIES data protection officer by email. contact@wellnesstheories.com (The Great War and the Great Depression). 
All Buyers will also be able to modify their personal data directly in the customer area.

Buyers expressly authorize WELLNESS THEORIES to collect and process their personal data within the framework of the Contract. 

The Buyer's data will be kept for 5 (five) years after the last order of Products.
